Strict credit card security and full guarantees on all our products

Regarding deliveries, before ordering please note that the delivery companies are only contracted to deliver to the main door of a house or flat and aren't allowed to take items
upstairs. (read faq on home page about this)

Offshore deliveries need to be worked out individually, please call for a quote.

Collection from our workshop near Oxford or the Exeter factory is possible if a collection date and time are pre-arranged.

No goods will be shipped until a date is agreed with the customer.

All items are guaranteed for one year and damage in transit (normal wear and tear, or accidental damage not included).

Ownership of the goods remains the property of Futons Direct until paid for in full by the customer.

Please measure your available space carefully to ensure you are ordering the correct item. Refunds for ordering the wrong item can only be given at our discretion, and the returned goods must be undamaged, unmarked and in their original packaging.

Any returns or damaged items will be dealt with from our premises, The Malthouse Workshops, Newland & Queen Street, Eynsham, Oxfordshire OX294JD

All customer order details are strictly confidential and will never be released to any third party.

Reviews of our products are appreciated, if you do a review only your initials and general location are published (not your email address or full name) Your full details won't be stored or passed to any third party and you won't be contacted for any reason.
