we collected our new futon on friday,and last night,our daughter and son in law slept on it,and said it was a lovely comfortable place to sleep. it was extremely easy to put together-no swearing! and the product is very good quality.i will certainly recommend it to friends,and the level of customer service is second to non-a very friendly person dealt with us,meeting us at the door at the specified time. excellent one to one service from a small company.
