Whilst browsing the internet recently one Saturday morning for a local futon retailer I came across Futons Direct. I was pleasantly surprised with their prices so decided to give them a call to check availability. From the moment the phone was answered I was dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. I was informed of what was in stock today and what can be ordered.

I went down to the showroom/office where again I received excellent customer service, and was even given a discount for collecting the futon. the futon was loaded into my car and a brief discussion of how to put it together was given, and the offer that they are only on the end of the phone if I get stuck building it.

I managed to put it together within an hour, very easily and it looks great in our spare room. We have had guests to stay since who have commented on the quality of the futon and how comfy it is to sleep on.

I would thoroughly recommend Futons direct and will defiantly return in the future should I require another futon/sofa bed.

I bought one of these in 1991 as an oxford student. Today it is still usable. Amazing longevity and still plumps up to a sleepable surface after all these years.

My Oxford Futon was much better quality than other similar priced and some more expensive futons I Iooked at.The mattress is also better and more comfortable than expected.Ordering was easy and all in all a very smooth transaction and highly recommended.

we collected our new futon on friday,and last night,our daughter and son in law slept on it,and said it was a lovely comfortable place to sleep. it was extremely easy to put together-no swearing! and the product is very good quality.i will certainly recommend it to friends,and the level of customer service is second to non-a very friendly person dealt with us,meeting us at the door at the specified time. excellent one to one service from a small company.
