To whom it may concern
I contacted Futons-Direct and outlined I needed the futon in a hurry as I had guests arriving. I wanted the Milan futon sofa bed due to what sounded like its design and ease of operation.
I am happy to report that the futon arrived on time and once assembled I found it to be very comfortable and easy to convert back to a sofa. My guests enjoyed their stay so the Futon has passed the test. Thanks Futons Direct.
