My Miami futon from futons-direct is comfortable and easy to convert, good customer service as well.
By J D, Swansea - 24 Apr 2011The Miami is a solid frame and the mattress very thick and soft, no 'numb bum' to report so far, three weeks in.
My friend has slept on it and reports it to be very comfortable. It took about a week from order to delivery (I ordered a custom cover not in stock) but I'm glad I waited, and communication was good.
I would suggest Futons Direct and the Miami to anyone thinking about a practical solution to apartment living.
