All our futon mattresses are extremely high quality, we don't offer a low-grade futon.Handmade by a small company, using traditional methods, these are the best futons we have sold in 23 years, and we believe they are the best on the Internet.Comfortable, replacement double futons are our speciality and the futons can be used on a futon base, futon bunk bed or a normal bed frame.
Also our futon mattresses conform to the strict UK fire safety BS 5852 (match test) and are suitable for rented accommodation.

Premium Futon Mattress
- Equal to our previous 8 layer futon.
- Our new sprung-fibre filling is extremely comfortable.
- The mostly pre-compressed filling keeps its shape.
- An additional polyester layer gives the futon a bouncy feeling.
- The lightness of these fillings makes it much easier to convert from a sofa into a bed.
- The premium futon is designed for 2-seater bases, such as Oxford, Darwin, and the 2-seater versions of the Penang and Kyoto.
Superior Futon Mattress
- The superior futon has extra filling for even more comfort and durability.
- These futons are equivalent to our previous 9-layer futons.
- They are designed for everyday use.
- They are supremely comfortable as a sofa and a bed.
- The superior futon is designed for 3-seater bases, such as the 3-seater versions of the Penang and Kyoto.
- It can also be used on a normal frame as a main bed.
