Terms and Conditions
- Delivery prices quoted are for mainland UK addresses.
- Collection from our workshop near Oxford is possible if a collection date and time are pre-arranged.
- No goods will be shipped until a date is agreed with the customer.
- A credit or debit card number will be taken at the time of ordering. No money will be charged to your card until the goods are ready for manufacture or delivery.
- All items are guaranteed for one year (not counting normal wear and tear, or
accidental damage). - Ownership of the goods remains the property of Futons Direct until paid for in full by the customer.
- Please measure your available space carefully to ensure you are ordering the
correct item. Refunds for ordering the wrong item can only be given at our discretion, and the returned goods must be undamaged, unmarked and in their original packaging. - Please call 01865 880005 to ask any questions about dimensions or the best futon for your needs.
- We will never release your name,address or details to a third party.
- There is a 2.5% charge for mastercard and visa but no charge for debit cards.
- Our national delivery co. charges £11 if you aren’t in on an agreed delivery.Please confirm delivery details and dates.
- Our local delivery co.(panex)charges the full delivery charge if you aren’t in on an agreed date. Please be available on your agreed delivery day.
